Children's Liturgy

Minister's of Children's Liturgy have an important role to play in the formation of children that attend the Cathedral.

At the 8am and 11am Sunday Masses the presiding priest call on all children to gather at the foot of the sanctuary to receive a candle (Light of Christ) and book (Word of Christ). The children then retire with the teacher to learn about God's goodness as presented in that Sunday's readings.
