Flowers
The Cathedral is blessed with some wonderfully dedicated and gifted friends when
it comes to flowers.
A small number of volunteers purchase, set out and maintain flowers each day at
our Lady's altar as a service to Our Lord and to enhance people's enjoyment of
visiting the church.
For Sundays and other celebrations such as weddings, the Cathedral florist, Mr.
David Bell-Booth, makes the church a very special place.
David is a top Auckland florist and can be contacted on 525- 2514 for any
flower requirements you may have.

Candlestands
The candlestands at the Marian Shrine and Holy Family Shrine are significant devotional features of the
Cathedral. People are asked to be careful with the candles, matches and wax and to be
reasonable in the number of candles they light at any given time.
Repairs and Maintenance
Working bees are held periodically at the Cathedral. Keep an eye on the bulletin
and join us to lend a hand when the time arises.
