Youth and Young Adults
St. Patrick's Cathedral is the spiritual home for many young Catholics throughout the Diocese of Auckland. Below is some more information on events that are happening in the parish on a regular basis, and some links to other youth related sites, keep reading.

Diocesan Youth Mass

On the last Sunday of each month, the Auckland Youth Ministry Support team co-ordinates a Diocesan Youth Mass where young people from around the cities that make up Auckland gather to worship and celebrate the Mass - in their own way! Music, drama, special liturgies - all of these make the monthly Dio Youth Mass a unique event.

For more information on the Youth Mass, check out the Auckland Youth Ministry site for photos and more details.

Soul Group

Soul Group is an organisation of young people mostly in their 20s and 30s who meet several times a month. The meetings range from social to spiritual to service, and anything in between.

There is a weekly reflection group. Other activities include assisting at Mt Eden Prison on the second Sunday of the month and assistance with a service at Auckland Hospital on the fourth Sunday of the month. For more information, contact Teresa on 021 649-012.
